JOINT WITH CHRIST IN GLORY, PART 4

Last week, we stopped at reading the Bible passage from 1st Corinthians 2:9-10, “It is written, No eyes has seen, no ears heard, no mind has conceived what the Lord God has prepared for those who love him. But this has been revealed to us by the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.” There are new things in the Kingdom, yet to be discovered, seen, heard, and conceived in the mind of the man but are in the mind of God that is the renewed mind. They are in the mind of the Spirit and of the Word. Do you want to discover them? Many you have discovered, but there are still new things, new grounds, and lands to occupy, places you have never been. No man on earth has seen, or heard, or conceived that which have been prepared and kept by God for those who love Him. Do you love God? These are the things, when we are joined with Christ in glory, we see. When we are joined with Christ, we see these glories. In the book of Jeremiah 33:3, “Call unto me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and unsearchable things that you do not know.” You think you know everything? Things you don’t know are waiting for you to be discovered, heard, and seen. Unsearchable things only revealed by the Spirit. They are only revealed by who? By the Spirit! For the Spirit searches all things; it knows everything, even the deep and secret things of God. They are in the Spirit realm. If it is here, when you look around, you will see them. But these ones, you cannot see them with your natural eyes, you can’t hear them with your natural ears or understand them with your mind. If you take them to the laboratory, you will not see the Spirit; you will not find faith. Unsearchable things can only be revealed by the Spirit of God; they are secret things. For the secret things belong to God, and those things that are revealed belong to us and our children, that we may train our hearts to understand the good things. Today you are discovering more and more of the secret things, the glorious things, the eternal things, those things that are permanent, things that are from above, the things of God, where Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father. In the book of James 1:17, it says, “Every good gift, every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, who does not change by light-shifting shadows.” These are the things that are being revealed to you today. You must see your gifts with your spiritual eye for you to be able to receive them. They are spiritual. Just as you go to market and you make your demand, so also you can go to the spiritual world with faith, the coin and key to receive those things that are there for you, prepared by the Father for those who love Him. Because you love the Father, those good and perfect gifts that come from above, you have received them. They come from the Father of lights, the heavenly lights. The Father of the heavenly lights does not change like shifting shadows, He is permanent and constant. These are the things the Lord has for you, and because you know, you receive them. You can’t crave after the things you don’t know about. You can only crave after things that you know. You desire them and you receive them. How will you crave after what you don’t know? How will you desire it? But this has been revealed to you, I mean the things the Lord has prepared that eyes have not seen, ears have not heard, and minds have not conceived. Because you love Him and because He has revealed these things to you, you are possessing them. They are your gifts, they are perfect gifts, gifts that add no sorrow, in the name of Jesus. Hebrews 1:3-4, “The Son is the radiance of God’s glory, the exact representation of His being, sustaining everything by His powerful Word. After He has made purification for sin, He sat down at the right hand of the majesty in heaven and He became more superior to the angels, for the inheritance He has received is superior to theirs.” Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights and the Son is the radiance of God’s glory. What does that mean? He’s a Light-Being. You are a being while the Son is a Being, that is the divine. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory – joined with Christ in glory. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory, meaning He’s a Light-Being out-raying of glorious lights and radiance. You are a light! The Son is a Light-Being, when we see Him, we are seeing light. And every time we come together we see the light of God. You see the light of God, the presence of the heavenly beings. That ministry has been activated: the ministry of the heavenly beings, of the angels, the hosts of heaven. It’s operating in this place. That is why every time you see these beings, they are around to bless people and worship with us. They are ever here even before you resume for service. The Son is the radiance; He’s a light-Being shining like light. “I will rise and shine, for my light has come, and the glory of the Lord is revealed upon me.” He is the exact representation: when you see the Son, you have seen the Father. “I and My Father are One.” How can you ask, ‘show us the Father?’ When you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. That was the message that confirmed Jesus in the class of God, equal with God, One with God, coming out from God. He is the exact representation: He has the authority, the power, His wisdom, strength, ability and all the graces and honor found in Him. Love is there; power is there; wisdom is there; strength is there; grace is there; mercy is there. All the fullness of the Deity is found in Him. He’s the exact representation of the Father, sustaining everything by His powerful word. The world has not changed because He has kept everything intact. There have been storms, tornadoes, earthquakes, and so many things have been happening, but the world still exists, continues, it does not decay, and it is not falling away until the end time. He has kept everything by His powerful word. It is the Word. The Word is God; God is in the Word; the Word and God are One. He has kept and sustained everything by this Word, the spoken Word. He has called into being those things that are not as though they were. He has kept all of this by the Word. The Word is the power and wisdom of God. With the Word, you can do all things. Without the Word, there is nothing we can do on our own. With the Word, you are super and extraordinary. And after He has done purification for sin, the Word was crucified, He shed the blood for the remission for our sin. Now He has risen – the Word has risen. The Word that was dead is now alive. He is the Word, and He purifies and washes us by the Water of the Word. Through the Word, we are born again; we are given birth to by the living Word. After the Word has purified and cleansed us from sin, defilement, deception and the corruption of the world, now we are seated with the Word at the right hand of the Father in the heavenly realm far above principalities and powers, rules and authorities, and any power that can be named, not only in this world, but also in the world to come. We are joint with the Word in glory. We’ve become more superior – angels are ministering spirits, they minister to us, who are to be heirs of salvation. The ministry of the heavenly hosts is activated in this place. For the name we have inherited, the name of Jesus, is superior to that of the angels. You can call the name Jesus and every knee in heaven, on earth, and under the earth will bow down and say Jesus is Lord. This is the name we have inherited in Christ, in God. 2nd Corinthians 3:18, “And we all, who with unveiled faces are beholding the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His image with an ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” Brethren, we are joint with Him in glory and we have been taught to look unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith who for the joy that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising its shame and is now seated at the right hand of the Father. We all with unveiled faces are beholding the glory- you are a reflection of God’s glory. You are God’s image, and you have His life transforming you every day. You are becoming more like Him every day. Every day is a better day for you. The beauty and glory of God shines forth the more you interact with the Word. The Word enlightens us: it opens our ears, eyes, and mind to the glory of the Lord. And what you see, you become. When you are still in this natural body, you are reflecting the beauty, glory, power, love, mercy, and wisdom of God. We are being transformed from glory to glory, from strength to strength, from beauty to beauty, and from honor to honor. We reflect this glory, becoming like Him in everything, who is the Spirit. You are a spirit. You become more and more spirit conscious; the spirit will increase and the natural will decrease. The more you reflect Him, the more you are transformed: you are moving out from weakness, failure, and corruption to become that light and purity – you cannot find fault in light; light is all transcendential, radiant, and glorious. We are a spirit and that spirit-consciousness gains more grounds and superiority to earthly consciousness. The world will be leaving you, and you become more and more filled with the Spirit, heavenly-minded. Colossians 3: 3-4, “For you died, and your life is hid with Christ in God. And when Christ who is our life appears, we shall also appear with Him in glory.” The life we live is a life of faith, for I have been crucified with Christ, it is no longer I that live, but Christ lives in me. And the life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loves me, and gave Himself for me. This body has died, it has been crucified, and it is no more dominating and ruling me. It is no more dictating to me, because I have subjected it to the total control of the spirit. I am no longer carnally mind neither am I still a babe for I’ve tasted the good things of the world to come. The body of sin has died and we are living a life of faith; faith in the finished work. Therefore, our lives are hid with Christ in God. When people see you, they see Christ. We are little Christs; Christ-like. This is the life we are called to live. Our lives are hid with Christ in God. So when Christ appears, you will see Him the way you see yourself: Christ is good, you are good; He is loving; you are loving; Christ is peaceful, you have peace; Christ is kind-hearted, you are kind-hearted; Christ is always forgiving, you are also forgiving; He is meek and gentle, you are meek and gentle; you are faultless; you have self-control, that discipline. That is the character of Christ, and it is not missing in your life. You are the same with Him; you are joint with Him in glory. It is these attributes that makes Christ glorious: It is His love, His forgiving heart, His kind-heartedness, His goodness, His peacefulness, He is always open-handed, going everywhere and doing good, healing all those that were oppressed under the power of Satan. This is what makes you to shine with Him. When you say, “I will arise and shine for my light has come,” you are talking about this character; the attributes of the light. If you have all of these things, and they made their home in you, you will reign with Him in glory. You have long-suffering, goodness, kindness, self-control, and love. These are the things that make Christ to be Christ. He has all of these attributes in Him. When you have them, you reign with Him in glory. Which of these attributes, these properties of life, are missing in your life? Are you peaceful? Are you forgiving? Are you long-suffering? Are you patient? Are you self-controlled? Do you have godliness? Are you faithful, gentle and beautiful? Do you have love? These are the properties of godly life. When you have them, whatever that Christ has, you have. Nothing is missing. If anything is missing, drive it into your life. That’s what makes Christ to be Christ. All the fullness of God were pleased to dwell in Him. These are the fullness of God, and they were pleased to dwell in Christ. When Christ, who is our life… Who is your life? Christ is your life; I have the life of God, His ability and strength. When Christ who is our life appears, we shall also appear with Him in glory. When you have these attributes, you are glorious, super and heavenly. When you have them, the Kingdom of God has come upon you. The things you find in heaven at the right hand of the Father, you are now seeing them in your life. You are not in spiritual death, in sin-consciousness, under the law of condemnation. When you have them, the kingdom of God has come upon you, and you will reign with Him in glory. From the book of John 1:4-5, “In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, but the darkness cannot understand it.” Darkness and evil cannot understand you; failure has failed before you, it cannot understand you. You are the image of God. The spirit of death cannot understand because you are operating under a different and higher law: the law of the Spirit of life. The other law that operates in hell is the law of sin and death. The law of the Spirit has destroyed the law of death. Death and poverty cannot understand you because you are operating under a more superior law. The life you live is now light to people. People see you and it takes them out of darkness. His life is the light of men, it brings people out of darkness. When they see how peaceful, loving, and kindhearted you are, they want to be like you but it is difficult for them. In the world, it is an eye for an eye. Forgiveness is not of this world, it is from heaven; it is of faith, of the Spirit. You need to forgive to discover more of the things that the Lord has prepared for those who love him. The more you forgive, the more you discover the secret things that the Lord has prepared for those who love him, who are called according to his purpose. If you are not forgiving, you cannot move on to the next level. You forgive people not because they are good. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. If you wait till they are good before you will forgive them, you will never have the chance of forgiving them. If you don’t forgive, your Father in heaven will not also forgive you. Forgive and you will be forgiven. He says, ‘if you want to offer your sacrifices and offering, and you remember that you have not forgiven somebody, or that you have something against your brother, your sister, leave your offering at the altar and go forgive them. Tell them I forgive you, then come back and give your offering. Those who will hurt you are close to you. A man’s enemies are members of His household. If you forgive, your heavenly Father will also forgive you of your sins. There is no other way to say it; that is the Word. And we must obey the Word. We cannot destroy the Word in our lives because of what we desire. Make the Word super in your life and those things the Father has prepared for those who love Him will be revealed to you for you to receive. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot understand, overcome and comprehend it. As you shine in this world, no circumstance or situation will overcome you. Because we have His life, we have the light, we can shine bright, beautiful, and gloriously. Matthew 13:43, “Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father.” We belong to God’s kingdom, and the kingdom of this world shall become the kingdom of Christ, and we shall reign forever and ever. I am righteous and I will shine like the sun in God’s kingdom. This week, and the rest of the year, and the rest of your life, you will shine like the sun wherever you live, wherever you work, wherever you play, everywhere you find yourself, in the name of Jesus. For the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Welcome yourself to the kingdom that has been prepared for those who love God. You are shining brilliantly and people will see you and see the glory of the Lord. Revelations 22:5, “There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.” No more darkness: failure, sickness, untimely death, poverty, disappointment, evil and curses in your life, in Jesus name. God Himself is giving you life and light. He is the Father of the heavenly lights. God will not give you what He does not have. There are things God does not have; He doesn’t have darkness. Everything that constitutes darkness is from the pit of hell. God has good things; every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the father of the heavenly lights. God Himself will give you light and you will reign and rule over darkness. Because you have light, you will reign. You will not fear darkness or the night, the moon nor the sun, for you have a superior light that comes from God, the Father of the heavenly lights. He imparts light in every of His children. Reading from the book of 2nd Corinthians 4:4 & 6, “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.” It is God that said, ‘let light shine out of darkness.’ He said, ‘let there be light’ and there was light. This same God has made His light to shine in our hearts. When God said, ‘let there be light’, it didn’t fail – it happened. He is the God of faith, and He said it by faith. And He has spoken it in His Word that He has made His light to shine in our hearts. He poured out His love in our hearts by His Spirit. And dear children, you have overcome the world, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. The love of God is in you through the Spirit. The light of God is in you through the Spirit. For He is the Father of the heavenly lights, and He has made His light to shine in your hearts to give you the knowledge, the light of the knowledge of the glory of God. We are joined with Him in glory. But the unbelievers, the people of this world, they don’t see this light. They are blind and dead and their hearts are dull because the god of this world, of this age, who is their father, is keeping them from seeing this glorious light that we are talking about. The light has given you the meaning of love, of peace, of being self-controlled, of being kindhearted, of perseverance, of godliness, of being patient. “…to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God.” This is the glory of God; these attributes are the glory of God, and you understand them in the face of Christ. It is through the Word we know the meaning of God and spiritual life. The Word has changed our story for good. Without the Word, we cannot understand God. Forgiveness is never in the culture and traditions of this world. Human traditions tells you to fight those who fight you and curse those who curse you. If somebody wants to kill you, and you are smart enough to first kill that person, the world will praise you and clap for you. But in heaven, you have acted against the Word. Those who slap you, turn the other ear, and let them slap you. That is what the Word says. It may be hard, but when you have obeyed, you receive the reward and the praise. Reading from the book of Philippians 3:21, “…who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.” You see? He will make our body like His own. His body is glorious. When He was raised from the dead, from mortality to immortality, from death to life, his body became untouchable. So I told Mary, ‘do not touch me, for I have not ascended to the Father.’ You cannot touch me, but you can be like Me. He has transformed our body from death to life, from weakness to strength, from failure to success, from sickness to good health. He is the One that transforms. He purposed His life to shine in our hearts and it is not difficult for Him to change our body, to transform and quicken them, to be like His glorious body. That is to join with Christ in glory. You have joined with Him in glory. Therefore He says in the book of Ephesians 5:14, “Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” Are you sleeping? Spiritually asleep? Not knowing that it is daybreak? You don’t know what prayer is? You don’t know what meditation is? You don’t know what the Word is? You have not seen the signs and wonders? You cannot confess the Word? You cannot do anything? You cannot meditate? You are still struggling in spiritual exercise? The Word says that, wake up all sleepers, rise from your death, from spiritual death, and Christ will shine on you. When He shines on you, you become transformed and glorious, you begin to do those things that you cannot do before. Your minds are changed. And it says Ephesians 5: 8-10, “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and to find out what pleases the Lord.” You are light and light is meant to shine to reduce and chase away darkness. Because you are light, as you go, darkness will disappear. In chapter 60 of Isaiah, verse 1, “Arise, shine, for your light has come and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” Wherever you find yourself, you will arise and shine for your light has come, in the name of Jesus. He made his light to shine in our hearts by his Spirit to give us the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ – interpreted and understood through Christ. Christ is the meaning. Yes, we get to shine. You cannot stop shining because you are children of light, you are sons and daughters of light. That is what you are! Daniel 5:14, “I have heard that the spirit of the gods is in you and that you have insight, intelligence and outstanding wisdom.” That is Daniel, the light was in him. So also you are light wherever you find yourself. Don’t let what you say and do weaken people and make them rejected and demoralized, instead inspire, motivate, admonish, help, and guide them. That is your ministry: the ministry of encouragement and help. Be a strong man, advocate, defender of the rights of the weak. You are a spiritual activist, you speak on behalf of people and defend their rights. Be ready to sacrifice for the peace, love, and progress of others. And it says from the book of Hebrews 2:9-12, “But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone. In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered. Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters. He says, ‘I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters; in the assembly I will sing your praises.” If you have been low or bankrupt, Jesus was made a little lower than the angels. Situation and circumstances might have humbled you. You have become so humble, not because you wanted to be humbled, but the circumstances and situation have made you to be so. You were made humble so that you can be lifted up, honored, and glorified. You became sick so that you may not be sick again. We were dead, but now we are alive. There wouldn’t have been any need for Christ to come and die if we were not in spiritual death. It is because we were in spiritual death, in poverty, in fear, in sicknesses and diseases that is the reason why Jesus came to die. His death saved us from our sins and healed us from every infirmity and disease. He was made a little lower than the angels because of us. We were made lower than the angels, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But Jesus has died for this purpose, the glory has come back again. Welcome the glory of God! Honored with glory and honor. He became superior to the angels because He was given a name that is superior to theirs. Before death, he was made lower. Your story is changing. You have a better story in the name of Jesus. He was crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death. And by the grace of God, he tasted death for everyone. It is a substitutionary work: He died so that we may be, He became poor so that we may be rich, He was rejected so that we may be accepted. Every shame he suffered was so in order we can be crowned with glory. “…in bringing many sons to glory.” But also to be joined with him in glory. We can be joined with him in strength. We can be joined with him when we wear his image, his righteousness. In bringing many sons, you and I, to glory. For He that makes men holy and those who were made holy are of the same family; we are joined; we are in the same class; we are all children of God. Jesus is the Son of God and we are in the brotherhood. We are of the same family, and Jesus is not ashamed to call you His brother and His sister. It’s not from human understanding or interpretation, It’s a spiritual thing. For he says, “I will declare your name to my brothers.” I am declaring your name to my brothers, this truth is declared to you: you are children of God. We are joined here with Him. And He says, “in the presence of the congregation, I will sing Your praise.” He is the singing Savior who will sing with you. In the presence of God, there is fullness of joy, and at His right hand, there are praises forevermore. Now it is imparted unto you. It is imparted unto you because you are joined with the singing Savior, the power to sing has come in the name of Jesus. The power to declare the praises of God has come in the name of Jesus. Receive the power to do good things, to lead in righteousness, to lead in holiness, in the name of Jesus. And the anointing for miracles, signs, and wonders is activated. The hosts of heaven are here and they are ministering. They help us here; they are touching, changing, and transforming lives. Because the more we look at His glory, the more we receive the glory. Praise be to God. Thank you, Father.
